I'm Paula and I have been working as a holistic therapist in the Mid Sussex area for 10 years and am passionate about my treatments and enjoy making a difference to my clients' wellbeing.   

Qualified level 3 VTCT, insured with The Guild of Holistic Therapies and DRB checked.

​I offer a range of treatments to help you unwind and relax  in the following locations:

Home Visits 

available for everyone, particularly useful for those

who are older or less mobile - shorter or mixed treatments available from £30 for half an hour visit, for example mini pedicure with foot massage or mini massage. An hour visit £40

I am also experienced in providing treatments in care homes for the elderly, including those with dementia.  For example, 15 minute massages per resident, £40 per hour
